How everything started

The story of Ensemble d'arco is not just one of music, but of a mirror held up to the soul of an artist. It is a journey that proves how a small spark, when tended with integrity, can light up the world.

The Seed of a Vision

"It began with a simple idea—the kind that only takes root when nourished by profound passion. We started as an intimate chamber ensemble, focused and refined. Yet, we always carried an 'accordion-like' flexibility, allowing us to expand into a chamber orchestra when the music demands. This versatility has led to numerous prestigious collaborations, most notably our long-standing partnership with the Pueri Cantores boy's choir from Luxembourg, as well as some of the finest choirs across Europe."

The Echo of Excellence

True quality is never quiet. Our commitment to excellence found its voice in our Haydn CD for Naxos, recorded alongside the brilliant pianist Sabine Vatin. What we hoped would be a beautiful tribute to the Concertini became something much larger: a worldwide success. To see our "little ensemble" capture the hearts of such a vast global audience was not just a milestone—it was a homecoming.

The Mirror of Integrity

At the core of Ensemble d'arco lies a fundamental belief: our work is our reflection. "Everything we do reflects our true engagement and excellence."

We do not simply play notes; we invest our spirit into every measure. Our journey confirms that when you build on a foundation of integrity and quality, the music doesn't just reach the ears—it reaches the world.

Branka Radovic
